We hope you find your visit worthwhile.

We are a small and friendly club committed to making athletics fun whilst helping athletes to reach their full potential.

We have training and competition for all ages, male and female, in track & field, cross country, road relays, sports hall athletics and road running.

We also organise two local road races, the Waterloo 15K and the Southport Good Friday Races, both of which are accompanied by a fun run.
